More Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island included in the images.

Additionally contained in this recent document drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a notes section labelling different parts of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.

Further images disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
